(Not Required) Transaction Expert: Recent experience in resale and refinance transactions. End-to-End Mastery: Capable of handling escrows from start to finish with precision and efficiency. Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative work environment. Reliable Attendance: Full-time availability with a stellar attendance record. We have offices in Irvine and Temecula. Master Organizer: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and pay meticulous attention to detail. Compliance Proficient : Must be employable under the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (formerly DBO) and bonded by the Escrow Agents' Fidelity Corporation.
