Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths, which aids in creating customized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing proven therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and related professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Facilitate effective group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, enhancing clients’ therapeutic experiences and community support.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment while creating safety plans to protect client well-being.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all therapeutic interactions consistent with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
