Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar Agile leadership role. Proven experience delivering technology and software development projects in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery frameworks. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
