Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist - Drug Therapy & Safety

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in Chesapeake, Virginia. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe provision of medications and monitoring drug therapies to guarantee optimal patient care. Your role will include educating medical staff and counseling patients about their medication regimens. The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and be licensed as a Pharmacist in Virginia.
