Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar General Manager or senior leadership role within a restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing management teams

Job Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant General Manager in Fort Worth, TX, you will:

• Coach, develop, and manage a team of 40+ employees
• Oversee all guest-related services and ensure every visit reflects the brand's standards
• Adhere to and enforce all restaurant operational standards
• Oversee daily operations from open to close
• Ensure staff compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Manage food and labor costs against weekly budgets
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
• Complete weekly inventory and manage scheduling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment
• Maintain staffing levels that support consistent service
• Oversee food quality and presentation
• Ensure all required operational programs are accurate and complete
