$70,000 - $100,000+ Base Salary Plus Commission & Performance Bonuses
Quality Service Company is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales department and help drive continued growth. This position is ideal for a motivated HVAC sales professional who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and creating a high-performing sales culture.
You will play a key role in leading our Home Solutions Advisors, increasing sales performance, improving customer experiences, and helping our team achieve aggressive growth goals.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Some flexibility required for customer needs, sales opportunities, and occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop residential HVAC sales representatives and Home Solutions Advisors
- Drive team performance through coaching, accountability, and consistent sales processes
- Provide field coaching through ride-alongs, sales observations, and one-on-one training
- Help team members improve closing skills, customer presentations, financing conversations, and overall sales effectiveness
- Monitor sales activity, revenue performance, margins, conversion rates, and average ticket results
- Review sales proposals and ensure pricing, options, and solutions align with company standards
- Partner with service, installation, and marketing teams to maximize lead opportunities
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Assist with high-value replacement opportunities and complex customer situations
- Maintain a strong customer-first approach throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience or HVAC sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC replacement sales, indoor air quality products, accessories, and financing options
- Experience managing sales goals, metrics, and team performance
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
