What We're Looking For We are interested in speaking with attorneys who possess: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing. 5-10+ years of relevant experience in commercial transactions, real estate transactions, leasing, acquisitions, and related commercial contracting matters. Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, easements, vendor contracts, professional services agreements, and other commercial agreements. Strong ability to work within established templates and playbooks while efficiently managing a high-volume transactional workload. Experience partnering with business, procurement, facilities, finance, and operational stakeholders in a business-facing legal role. Experience conducting legal due diligence and managing transaction closings. Strong issue-spotting, risk assessment, negotiation, and project management skills.
