HVAC Project Manager | $130,000 - $140,000 Salary We are a Design Build HVAC contractor specializing in VRF. Our Project Managers are involved with all faucets of the project, from up front coordination during the design process through execution and close out. A large portion of the position involves office related support to our Field in order to make the installation as efficient as possible. Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance Fully funded HSA employer contribution (100% covered for the employee only) Family/dependent coverage available Short‑term disability coverage options Company provided Life insurance policy of $25,000 401K plan and profit sharing: Employer contributes up to 10% of your annual income based on profitability with a safe harbor of 3% 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for vacation and sick time 8 paid holidays per year Mileage reimbursement up to $800 per month Emerald Aire Bonus Program Company cell phone & laptop What You Will Be Doing Clear understanding of HVAC, and ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specifications Job site visits to ensure projects are on track Understand mechanical plans, and construction schedules Create/track budgets and accurately forecast cost to complete Attend project meetings Review Contracts Order materials and equipment accurately Identify change orders and price COP's Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers Ability to work as a Team member with office and field Qualifications / Skills Minimum of 3 years as a project manager or combination of education and experience Degree in construction management or engineering desired Honesty, integrity, reliability. Someone that does what they say they are going to do Great communication skills with customers, suppliers, and other team members Creative problem‑solving skills The ability to prioritize and multitask Solutions oriented Great organizational skills Basic understanding of the construction industry and familiar with basic HVAC related concepts We are an equal opportunity employer.
