HR Systems Analyst (UKG Focus)A growing organization is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance its HR technology environment, with a primary focus on UKG Pro and related tools. This role is responsible for system maintenance, upgrades, reporting, and process improvements to support efficient HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end support for UKG Pro and integrated HR systemsConfigure, test, and implement system updates and enhancementsDevelop and maintain HR reports and data analysesTroubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and integrityPartner with HR and cross-functional teams to improve processes and controlsQualifications:3-5 years of experience supporting UKG or similar HR systemsStrong understanding of HR processes and data/reporting toolsAdvanced Excel and analytical skillsStrong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detail and professionalismThe SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
