About The Agency: With a Bachelor's Degree from Metro State University and a proud legacy as a second-generation State Farm representative, I bring a lifetime of experience in the insurance industry. As an active member of the Perham Area Chamber of Commerce and a certified Minnesota Notary Public, I'm dedicated to serving our community both professionally and personally. I am also on the Chamber Board and Chair of the Perham Event Committee. At our State Farm agency, we are committed to helping individuals and families manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams. Our team utilizes extensive knowledge in auto, home, life, and health insurance to ensure that our customers in Perham and the surrounding areas are well-protected and financially secure. Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jake Bothwell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
