Forklift Operator (6 AM - 6 PM)

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48

As a Forklift Operator , you will…

• Safely operate stand up reach truck, riding pallet jack, and other PIT equipment while moving product safely throughout our facility

• Staging product, ensuring production lines remain operating without delays.

• Preparing finished work for shipment, including banding, and wrapping skids.

• Loading/unloading incoming and outgoing trailers.

• Logging receipts in warehouse software and Microsoft Excel.

• Assisting in maintaining forklift lifts, and powered pallet jack equipment, as necessary.

About you:

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with partners.

• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

• Ability to safely operate hydraulic lift equipment.

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.

• Some data entry and PC experience preferred.

• Previous experience working in a shipping/receiving or warehouse setting preferred.

The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location
