Position Overview:

The House Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, patient-focused care by overseeing and directing all house-wide operations during a specific shift. This position involves active participation as a member of the nursing management team and entails the authority to manage all activities and personnel in collaboration with, or in the absence of, hospital administration.

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (Mandatory)

  Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Preferred)

  A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience (Mandatory)

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of starting employment
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 90 days of starting employment
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Associate Degree
• No travel is required
• 2 years of relevant experience is required
