Position OverviewAccuWeather is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to join its growing HR team. This role leads the company's learning and development strategy and drives training and talent management initiatives — individual growth and development planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development — that build organizational capability and support long-term business success. The Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike, fostering a culture of continuous growth and performance excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning, Training & DevelopmentDevelop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned to business prioritiesDesign leadership development programs and career pathing frameworks for employees at all levelsLead individual growth and development planningAssess organization-wide training needs and deliver programs that enhance employee skills and performanceChampion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organizationEvaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback, outcomes, and evolving business needsTalent Management & Succession PlanningDesign and lead performance management systems that drive accountability, clarity, and employee growthIdentify high-potential employees and partner with leaders to build succession plans for critical rolesSupport employee engagement, retention, and career progression through targeted talent strategiesFacilitate talent review processes and support leadership development at all organizational levelsLeverage data and analytics to inform talent decisions and improve organizational effectivenessQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)5–8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on learning & development and talent managementProven track record designing and implementing L&D strategies and succession planning frameworksExperience facilitating leadership development programs and managing performance management cyclesProficiency with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and talent analytics toolsExcellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skillsKey CompetenciesLearning strategy design and program deliveryTalent assessment, individual development planning, and succession managementCoaching and leadership development facilitationChange management and organizational effectivenessData-driven decision-making and program evaluationProficiency with AI tools and platforms is required, including demonstrated ability to leverage AI to enhance productivity, streamline HR workflows, and support data-driven decisionsSuccess MetricsMeasurable impact of training programs on employee performance and skill growthStrong internal promotion rates and a healthy succession pipeline for critical rolesIncreased employee engagement and retention scoresLeadership bench strength and readiness indicatorsHigh participation rates and satisfaction scores for L&D programmingImplementation of AI initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline HR workflows, and support data-driven decisionsBenefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive healthcare and dental benefits. 401(k) retirement plan with 50% company match.
