Job Title: Entry-Level Sales Representative Location: Des Moines, IA (DSM metro) Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | Client-Facing Overview MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency in the Des Moines metro area. We’re looking for motivated, coachable people who want to build a career in business-to-business employee benefits - not just take a sales job. No prior experience is required. We provide paid hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and a proven system. You start as an Entry-Level Sales Rep. Leadership and management roles are filled from within. In this role, you’ll partner with local businesses to educate employers and employees on voluntary benefits that help protect families when life happens. Your days will be spent meeting business owners, building relationships, and helping employees understand options that fit their needs.
