The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent service to patients and healthcare partners.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate patient intake and referralsCommunicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff to obtain necessary informationReview and verify documentation for accuracy and completenessMaintain organized records and follow compliance guidelinesQualificationsHigh school graduate and at least 18 years of ageMinimum two (2) years of work experience, preferably in a healthcare settingDetail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of medical terminology, insurance processing, and prior authorizations preferredFamiliarity with home care regulations and community resourcesProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsHome Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or willingness to obtain certificationValid driver's license and insured vehicle in accordance with agency requirementsAbout UsIndependence Home Health LLC provides high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
