Engage in motion practice and discovery. Participate in trial and pre/post-trial work. Supervise a dedicated paralegal. Requirements 3-15 years of litigation and trial experience. Proven hearing/trial industrial commission experience. Ability to work as a team member and independently. Strong research and communication skills. Commitment to social justice and community involvement. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Skills Strong litigation and trial skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
