Now Hiring / Immediate Opportunity for a Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule kitchen staff, ensuring efficient daily operations
• Supervise food prep and cooking to maintain consistent quality and presentation
• Check plating, portioning, and food temperatures for accuracy and appeal
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on menu pricing, specials, and execution
• Maintain kitchen inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs
• Ensure proper food storage, sanitation, and safety compliance at all times
• Train kitchen staff on prep work, timing, and plating standards
• Track weekly and monthly cost reports to manage labor and food expenses
• Foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture built on respect and accountability

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef required
• Experience in a high volume environment ($5+ million dollars in sales) is essential.
• Experience managing a team of 5 - 10+ line and prep cooks per shift
• Culinary certification or degree a plus
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Knowledge of menu planning, inventory control, and kitchen cost management
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate and support your team
