Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager We’re on the hunt for a Kitchen Manager who’s equal parts culinary expert, team motivator, and cool-under-pressure problem solver. You’ll lead the kitchen like a symphony conductor—ensuring every dish hits the right note and your crew stays inspired, empowered, and on point. What You’ll Do Run the back-of-house with precision and positivity Hire, train, and develop rockstar kitchen talent Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation standards Lead inventory, food costs, and kitchen efficiency like a pro Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistent quality and killer guest experiences Keep equipment humming and maintenance in check Foster a culture of passion, pride, and high performance What You Bring 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen Strong leadership chops—you know how to inspire and hold a team together Deep understanding of food safety (ServSafe certified = bonus points) Mad organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to keep your cool and your station clean when the heat is on Culinary degree or equivalent street-smarts preferred Perks & Benefits for Qualifying Team Members Short & Long-Term Disability Health Incentives & Reimbursement Accounts 401(k) with Company Match Employee Discounts + Tenure Rewards Paid Time Off Education & Financial Stability Grants Pay Range $55,000–$65,000/year + monthly bonuses.
