Warehouse Coordinator – Colorado Springs, CO We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is accountable for maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. The Warehouse Coordinator will initiate and coordinate program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Initiate and coordinate program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Leverage technology to identify and manage inventory. Coordinate logistics, in and out of the warehouse. Operate a forklift. Organize and clean the warehouse. Provide warehouse improvement opportunities. Work with managers and field staff to provide inventory in a timely manner. Communicate with leadership to stay ahead of operational needs. Key Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a telecommunications warehouse employee preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical activity requirements: standing or walking for long periods, repeatedly lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs.), other repetitive movements such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching, manual dexterity.
