• Clear drain and sewer obstructions using appropriate equipment; conduct camera inspections and coordinate additional diagnostics when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend repairs or replacements that improve reliability, reduce water waste, and prevent property damage.
• Respond to urgent plumbing issues, assess the source and extent of the problem, and coordinate corrective action with property and facilities teams.
• Plan water shutoffs and service interruptions with property management to minimize disruption to residents and guests.

• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and manufacturer instructions; complete work in accordance with applicable codes and safety requirements.
• Estimate labor and material needs, coordinate supplies, and communicate project status, costs, and completion timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to property maintenance teams and coordinate with outside contractors when specialized support is required.
• Maintain accurate work orders and records of repairs, inspections, materials, and outstanding issues.
• Protect occupied spaces, maintain clean work areas, and interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and employees.
• Travel between Las Vegas-area properties and to Reno for assigned projects, including overnight travel as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting occupied-property renovations and plumbing replacement projects.
• Experience guiding maintenance technicians and coordinating plumbing vendors.
• Familiarity with electronic work order and maintenance tracking systems.
