Job Description

CDR ProSource is seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join our woodworking production team in Bristol, IN . This position is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who can operate CNC machinery, support production processes, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Job Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Bristol, IN
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (5:45 AM – 2:15 PM)
Overtime: Optional Saturdays (4–8 hours) with bonus pay opportunities

Key Responsibilities
• Operate CNC machines according to production specifications and safety guidelines
• Load and unload wood panels and materials onto CNC equipment (25–35 lbs)
• Monitor machine performance and ensure quality output
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals
• Support workflow efficiency and assist with production needs as assigned

Requirements
• Previous CNC operating experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong work history and reliable attendance required
• Ability to lift, load, and move wood panels (25–35 lbs)
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable transportation required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
