Secretary I / MHT- DD Services (Merle Wallace Purvis Center)located in Black, ALThe hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm.Responsibilities Include:Assisting incoming consumers and visitors with services neededAssisting with the Day Habilitation program activities and USDA food program including ordering and inventorying meal suppliesAssist with activities of the Day Hab program to include training, arts and crafts, field trips, etc.Assist with monitoring client chore assignments.Perform clerical intakes and update consumer records in accordance with SpectraCare policyTransport consumers to/from the Day Habilitation program as neededOrder supplies for the programVarious other clerical duties as assignedRequirements:HS Diploma/GEDMust have a valid drivers license with MVR free from reckless driving/DUI for the previous (3) yearsPrevious clerical experience in a hospital or physician's officeMust be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check to include abuse registry check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
