Associate Customer Service Representative

In addition, this position must work in compliance with all the company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.Job Duties and Responsibilities to learn and earn certification (included but not limited to):Correctly enter feed orders into our Feed Mill Manager manufacturing programPrint orders, tags, BOL's and related documentsScan documentation to Accounting and maintain accurate recordsAssist walk-in customers, phone customers and pickupsAddress customer concerns professionally and work toward appropriate solutionsSetup and coordinate shipping and delivery informationPrepare shipping labels and required documentation for LTL'sCommunicate fulfillment timing issues and changes with internal personnel and to customersAssist with various Warehouse and Production tasks including 10# line, bagging, labeling and other tasks as neededWillingness to learn and be able to operate a forkliftSkills and Requirements (included but not limited to):Strong computer and data entry skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to think and plan aheadExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technologyExcellent verbal and written communications skillsPhysical Demands:Ability to lift up to 60-poundsAbility to work in dusty, cold, hot, humid, noisy environmentWithstand exposure to seasonal weather conditionsAbility to work in a fast-paced production and fulfillment environmentThis positon requires the ability to walk, kneel, bend, climb, etc.Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED requiredRelevant experience preferred, but not requiredCustomer service and fulfillment experience preferred, but not requiredShipping and Freight setup experience preferred, but not requiredSafety & Training Requirements:Employees in this role are required to complete and maintain the following safety trainings, as applicable:General New Hire Safety TrainingPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) & RequirementsForklift Certification
