PC Clerk - Off-site Warehouse

Job Opportunity

Nesco Resource is hiring for a position in Shelbyville, TN. This role maintains records in order to produce and ship on schedule graduation announcements, greeting cards, and miscellaneous related products.

Shift: 1st Shift

Location: Able to travel between the plant and Warehouses in Shelbyville.

Work Environment: Ability to stand and walk all day in a non-climate controlled facility

Technical Skills: Strong computer skills

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Read and interpret shop tickets and update as necessary, maintain files for code cards, reruns, and die cards, locate orders in the shop and notify Production Control Manager of any impending problems with shipping dates
• Convert reruns to definite quantities, process special samples, and put orders into production
• Make and issue weekly production records, file caudexes and tally the number of orders received, match completed components with shop tickets and dispatch to individual pack
• Perform other duties as delegated or assigned
• Work within the Plant's general safety and work rules

• Anno, Diploma, Stationery, Accessories, Covers, PGA, College
• Complete Accessory jobs
• Complete prerun, finish, mtp
• Expedite orders from CS to ship earlier
• Filing of completed orders
• IT testing of new products, issues
• Manually create prerun/finish jobs from add report
• Release accessory jobs
• Release prerun, finish, mtp (matching up to original folder on shelf when needed)
• Resolve issues from Mfg/CS
• Run expedite tracking report for afternoon production meeting
• Run reports and format: send out daily. Send 2 reports in afternoon
• Schedule orders daily as final info order entered
• Send Anno folded sample to Slsm weekly
• Set up new items for order entry
• Tag Accessories for Red tag for Anno Pack
• Watch reports for issues and late orders to resolve
• WIP stage orders to mfg
