What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive Operations: Oversee daily warehouse and shipping activities across two locations to ensure optimal workflow and resource utilization. Lead the Team: Plan schedules, manage staffing levels, and actively coach your team to meet high performance goals. Master the Flow: Supervise material handling, optimize warehouse layout, and ensure accurate receiving and on-time dispatch. Own the Metrics: Monitor KPIs like inventory accuracy (FIFO/FEFO) and shipping productivity to identify process improvements. Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant working environment that prioritizes health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and productivity. Manage receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods; verify inbound shipments and resolve discrepancies. Supervise storage, handling, and movement of materials to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts. Optimize warehouse layout and material flow. Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO and internal inventory policies. Ensure on-time and accurate dispatch of shipments. Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure proper handling, segregation, and disposal of waste materials at both sites. Comply with environmental regulations and company sustainability policies. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff across both locations. Plan staffing levels and schedules to meet operational demands. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Identify and implement process improvements. The essential functions of this role include: Working in a smoke free environment. Wearing steel toe shoes. Working in a non-temperature controlled environment. Manual lifting up to 50lbs. Standing for 8 hours at one time. Working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week. Working weekends. What We Are Looking For: Proven track record in warehouse or logistics supervision with a strong grasp of inbound/outbound processes. Hands‑on experience navigating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software. Analytical thinker focused on KPIs, with excellent communication skills and the agility to manage priorities across multiple sites. High accountability, great problem‑solving skills, and a solid understanding of safety regulations.
