What You'll Do Bring, maintain and grow an established book of real estate closing business. Independently manage Florida real estate closings from contract through post-closing. Coordinate title examinations, title clearance, lender requirements, closing documents, funding, recording, and disbursements. Prepare and review Closing Disclosures, ALTA settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and related documents. Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, investors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and referral partners. Deliver exceptional communication, responsiveness, and service throughout each transaction. Use Qualia to manage transactions efficiently and accurately. Work closely with our attorneys and administrative team to maintain compliance and operational standards. Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of Florida title closing or escrow experience. An established, active, and transferable book of business is REQUIRED. Proven relationships with real estate agents, investors, lenders, or other consistent referral sources. Ability to independently handle closings from A to Z. Strong knowledge of Florida real estate transactions, title insurance, escrow procedures, and closing requirements. Experience using Qualia. Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment. Compensation is performance-based and directly tied to the candidate's existing book of business, actual generated revenue, and agreed compensation structure. Candidates with larger, established books of business have significantly higher earning potential. The final compensation arrangement will be discussed individually based on verified business volume, revenue history, and anticipated production.
