Position Summary We are looking for a Sales Leader at SMCP in California, a global luxury brand with presence in 43 countries. The role requires a fun and upbeat environment building client relationships and serving as a model for selling and clienteling. Compensation $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Mentor the sales team, modeling the behaviors necessary for inspirational, authentic and personalized service. Model and reinforce our branded customer experience, providing hands‑on selling techniques using product information and sampling. Coach and direct staff on selling and service initiatives, including the creation of customer loyalty and repeat client programs. Create welcoming fitting‑room experiences and assist clients with wardrobing and styling from head to toe. Collaborate with the rest of the team to build and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers. Qualifications 1‑2 years of prior selling/service experience. Passion for Customer Service. Friendly and outgoing communication skills. Fashion savvy. Social media following (preferred). Flexibility with scheduling. Confidence.
