Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Clean all indoor facilities, including floors, walls, and surfaces in all rooms and hallwaysUse cleaning materials and techniques as directedAssist with implementation of the District's pest management programAssistant with seasonal grounds work such as snow, ice, leaf removal and lawn careRestock disposable items such as soap and paper towelsQualifications:Education/Experience:High School Diploma or equivalentSkills and Abilities:An individual who holds this position must have the ability to:Read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals in EnglishWrite routine reports and memosAdd subtract, multiply and divide using units of American money, weight, volume and distance.Solve practical problemsInterpret instructions given orally, or in writing by diagram or formPhysical Demands:An individual who holds this position must have the ability to:Regularly stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.Talk and hearFrequently reach, climb, bend, squat, stoop and kneel.Grasp and use toolsClimb laddersFrequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
