Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and develop tailored therapy strategies that empower them to meet their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methods to boost patients' physical skills, cognitive functions, and daily living capabilities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other healthcare professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure integrated, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance and teaching to patients and their families on therapy techniques for sustained improvement at home
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical results and revise treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients are on their path to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
