What You'll Do As an Esthetician at Studio Sugar, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Building strong relationships with clients by offering personalized advice and recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment environment.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the skincare industry.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A valid esthetician license for the state of Washington.
- Sugaring experience is a bonus.
- A passion for skincare and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated and professional attitude.

Compensation is $16.50 an hour or 40% commission; whichever is greater. 20% commission is paid on retail products sold. Paid days off and sick pay is available.
