Scientist I Production Operations (Mammalian Cell Culture)

Scientist I Production Operations role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics focused on mammalian cell culture manufacturing. Responsible for executing daily production plans, maintaining aseptic techniques, and ensuring compliance with FDA and GMP regulations in a cell culture upstream value stream located in Chaska, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily production schedules to due date and quality standards per established SOPs
- Independently perform mammalian cell culture work using good laboratory practices
- Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations, GMP, and ISO requirements
- Apply analytical and scientific methods to routine production tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and prioritize quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent aseptic techniques
- Mammalian cell culture experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated good laboratory practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Compensation: $28.00–$32.00 per hour
