ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 after spending seven years as a State Farm agent aspirant while earning my bachelor’s degree in business management from Rollins College. Before joining State Farm, I worked as a server, and I’ve always been driven by the goal of owning my own business and doing work that truly matters. Today, our team has grown to seven members, and we’re focused on building something that’s both high-performing and purpose-driven.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jessica Cruz Phung - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
