Physician Compensation Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the development and analysis of physician compensation programs, the full-time Remote Physician Compensation Analyst will perform compensation modeling, fair market value analysis, and provider benchmarking while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities Conduct fair market value analyses and review proposed compensation arrangements for compliance with organizational standards Analyze provider compensation structures and operational reports to support compensation recommendations and modeling activities Communicate compensation methodologies and recommendations to stakeholders, participating in meetings to explain findings Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field required 2-4 years of experience in financial, compensation, or operational analysis within a healthcare environment required Familiarity with provider compensation methodologies and federal healthcare regulations, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute Experience with provider compensation, FMV analysis, or healthcare operations preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
