Patient Registration Specialist

Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient Patient Registration Specialist to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in the Durham area! What You'll Be Doing

Greet patients and confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information.
Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process during their visit.
Confirm and verify patient insurance information for durable medical equipment (DME).
Process medical billing information for both commercial and government payors.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of medical office, patient registration, or medical scheduling experience required.
Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service and multitask required.
Proficiency in NextGen or Epic preferred.

Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F (40 hrs/wk) Job Type: Contract for ~2 months with possibility to extend

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
