Accounting Manager

Levy Sector Position Title: Accounting Manager Detailed Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Partner with local management team to ensure clear understanding of financial results and goals, and lead action planning when necessary Complete daily sales reporting and ensure settlement and balancing of credit card transactions Complete weekly financial forecast for the next 90 days Manage monthly financial close of the general ledger including but not limited to revenue reporting, journal entries and accruals Complete monthly financial packet per our contractual agreement including processing of wire payments Work closely with partner finance team where applicable Manage Accounts Receivable process including but not limited to processing payments/refunds, applying payments and processing invoice adjustments Manage the annual budget process Ensure accuracy and collection of sales tax on all sales Ensure appropriate retention and management of documents Support any annual external audit needs Ad hoc analysis as needed Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
