About This Role We're seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our veterinary clinic locations in Arizona and Texas. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll oversee significant P&L responsibility while driving operational excellence and business growth across our multi-site network. This remote position requires 70% travel throughout Arizona and Texas to ensure hands-on leadership and support at each location. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional patient care and client service standards across all clinics. What Success Looks Like As Regional Director of Operations, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence within your region.
