Facilities Manager This is a professional, hands-on role working across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations. This position will support and split the work week at secure locations in San Antonio, Texas. Responsibilities: Office Facilities Welcome and direct facilities vendors (cleaners, maintenance, etc). Ensure vendor performance, timeline, and service quality Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and complete monthly facility safety checks Ensure office spaces are clean, functional, and well-maintained. Report all issues and concerns Main point of contact and coordination of on-site visitors Support space planning and layout changes to support team growth and operational needs Retrieve and audit monthly utilities statements Administrative Coordination Manage company information email inbox, directing emails accordingly Check physical mail and redirect to appropriate co-workers Maintain office supplies stock and complete purchasing Own scheduling of professional virtual and in-person meetings Support internal company on-site events Other administrative tasks as needed This is a non-exempt, hourly role. This role is on-site daily in San Antonio, Texas. Hours may vary depending on priorities.
