Sales & Marketing Coordinator

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports sales, customer relations, marketing, and administrative activities. This position coordinates new customer onboarding, supports existing customer relationships, manages marketing initiatives, and assists with sales reporting and departmental budgets. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with internal departments and customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate new customer setup and onboarding with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and other departments.
• Communicate customer setup status and resolve outstanding requirements.
• Monitor new customer activity to ensure a successful transition into operations.
• Maintain accurate customer information and support sales representatives with reporting and administrative needs.
• Maintain customer communication to evaluate service performance and satisfaction.
• Identify potential business opportunities and areas for service improvement.
• Assist with customer billing questions and service-related concerns.
• Support customer retention and relationship development.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, advertising, website updates, and social media activities.
• Develop and maintain sales materials, presentations, and customer communications.
• Manage customer and prospect databases for marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional merchandise and maintain consistent company branding.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, customer events, employee appreciation programs, and company activities.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, schedules, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate corporate charitable donations and related activities.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work across departments.

Working Conditions

Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Approximately 10% travel required.

Success will be measured by timely customer onboarding, effective customer communication, accurate reporting, successful marketing and event coordination, and overall contributions to customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth. Starting pay based on experience.
