Luxury Hotel General Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Provide total property leadership and operational oversight
• Manage profitability across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and event/conference operations
• Develop and execute annual budgeting and forecasting strategies
• Monitor financial performance and drive GOP optimization
• Maintain elevated guest service standards consistent with luxury hospitality expectations
• Lead talent recruitment, development, and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee preventative maintenance, safety, and risk management programs
• Collaborate with ownership, talent leadership, and department heads
• Support community engagement and mission-focused programming

Luxury Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
• 5+ years in senior hotel leadership roles such as Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or General Manager
• Strong Food & Beverage operational leadership experience (required)
• Full-service luxury or upscale boutique hotel experience preferred
• Proven P&L management and forecasting expertise
• Multi-department operational oversight (Rooms + F&B required)
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
