Paint Sandblaster

PainterWe are seeking a skilled Painter with experience in sandblasting, auto body or industrial painting, coating application, finishing to apply paint/coatings to our products. The ideal candidate will ensure a high-quality finish and meet production standards.Responsibilities Include:Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking, and sandblasting.Applying paint/coatings using various methods (e.g., spray guns, brushes, rollers).Mixing paints/coatings to the correct consistency.Inspecting finished products for quality and touch-up as needed.Maintaining painting equipment and a clean work area.Following all safety procedures.Skills/Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a Painter in auto body or industrial painting, coating application, finishing is required.Ability to prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and sandblasting.Proficiency in using painting equipment (e.g., spray guns, brushes, rollers).Knowledge of paint mixing techniques.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to maintain high attendance standards.Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
