We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts at our 206-unit apartment community. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and achieving occupancy goals.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct tours and confidently close leases

Follow up on all leads and manage prospect pipeline

Maintain strong occupancy and renewal performance

Process applications and lease paperwork accurately

Monitor market trends and support marketing efforts

Assist other company assets as directed

This position does not have direct reports and requires someone who is self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of apartment leasing experience

Proven closing skills and strong sales mindset

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Ability to travel locally when needed

Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays
