Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member. We are an established, growth-oriented agency with a team of highly motivated individuals. Our team works hard to reach our goals together as a team and have fun while we are doing it!

Job Title: Responsive Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls to take payments and help answer insurance related questions.
• Make outbound phone calls to prospect for new insurance quotes and clients
• Find prospects, quote them and close their business
• Cold-calling former clients to earn their business back
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Assist clients with inbound phone calls relating to claims, billing and insurance related questions.
• Help clients with any products or coverages they may be missing

Requirements: interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, people-oriented, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, able to learn computer functions, ability to work in a team environment

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
