Marketing CoordinatorAt Advenir Azora, we're looking for someone who loves bringing order to moving pieces, keeping projects on track, solving problems before they become problems, and helping an entire marketing department operate at a higher level.This isn't your typical Marketing Coordinator position. One day you might be coordinating photography for a luxury apartment community. The next, you'll be updating community websites, launching a new property, coordinating marketing vendors, organizing our annual leadership conference, or making sure a lease-up community is ready to welcome its first residents.If you're energized by variety, enjoy learning new technology, and get genuine satisfaction from checking things off a list and keeping projects moving, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs our Marketing Coordinator, you'll become the operational heartbeat of the Marketing Department by:Coordinating marketing projects from request through completion.Managing our Marketing Hub and ensuring projects stay organized and on schedule.Updating and maintaining community websites with approved content, promotions, photography, and property information.Coordinating marketing vendors, photography, signage, printing, promotional materials, and collateral production.Supporting acquisitions, lease-ups, and community transitions.Coordinating Internet Listing Service (ILS) updates and maintaining listing accuracy.Assisting with the administration and implementation of marketing technology platforms such as Entrata, EliseAI, SOCi, Tour24, Engrain, and other marketing tools.Preparing reports, tracking project status, and supporting Marketing Leadership with operational coordination.Maintaining the department marketing calendar, meeting notes, and action items.Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and keep projects moving efficiently.What Makes Someone Successful Here?You're probably a great fit if you:Love organization and creating order from moving pieces.Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.Learn new software and technology quickly.Have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in accuracy.Enjoy coordinating multiple projects at the same time.Communicate professionally and proactively.Build positive relationships with teammates, vendors, and business partners.Take ownership, follow through, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.What We're Looking ForRequired:2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, project coordination, operations, or a related role.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Preferred:Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, hospitality, or property management.Experience updating websites or working with content management systems such as WordPress or Entrata.Familiarity with marketing technology platforms like Entrata, EliseAI, SOCi, Tour24, Engrain, or similar software.Experience coordinating vendors, creative projects, or marketing campaigns.Don't check every box?
