The practice is led by experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeons Dr. R. Dean Lang, Dr. Brent J. Ramsey, and Dr. Matthew S. Doan. Together, the team provides a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical excellence, advanced technology, patient comfort, and collaborative care. About the Practice Heritage Oral Surgery & Implant Centers provides a comprehensive range of oral and maxillofacial surgery services, including: Dental implant placement All-on-4 and full-arch implant treatment Wisdom tooth removal Surgical extractions Surgical orthodontics Exposure and treatment of impacted teeth Oral pathology evaluation and biopsy Facial trauma and fracture treatment Diagnosis and treatment of facial pain and TMJ concerns Sedation and anesthesia services The practice is recognized for its use of Micro‑Incisional Dento‑Alveolar Surgical techniques (MIDAS), designed to reduce surgical time and support a more comfortable postoperative recovery.
