Our client is a highly reputable, fast-growing personal injury law firm focused exclusively on auto accident cases. who is seeking a motivated and compassionate personal injury attorney to join our team.We are looking for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, case strategy, and negotiation, and who wants to work in a structured, supportive environment with strong systems in place. (Only candidates residing in CA apply) Should be a non Attorney PI case settlement negotiator.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Settlement Negotiator to manage bodily injury claim negotiations from demand through top offer. You will take over fully prepared, demand-ready case files, pressure-test them with a fresh eye, and negotiate directly with insurance carriers under attorney supervision. Once you reach the carrier's top offer, the file goes to the managing attorney for settle-or-litigate review.

This is a remote, phone-heavy negotiation role supported by a full team of case managers and legal assistants who handle treatment coordination, records, and billing.

What You Will Do

• Review case files before demand submission: reconcile medical bills and outstanding balances, verify the liability analysis, confirm treatment and lost-earnings claims are supported, identify prior injuries or claims, and confirm policy limits

• Prepare and submit settlement demands to third-party carriers, and convert to under insured motorist (UIM) demands when appropriate

• Negotiate bodily injury claims with adjusters, primarily by phone

• Build case-specific talking points and counterarguments to adjuster positions

• Flag missing items to case managers and coordinate quick resolution

• Speak with clients when needed to explain negotiation status or deliver the final offer

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of bodily injury claim (Auto accidents) negotiation experience on the plaintiff firm side

• Solid command of medical records, medical billing, liens, and California auto insurance coverage (liability, UM/UIM, MedPay)

• Confident, persuasive phone presence and strong written communication

• Organized and self-directed; able to manage a full caseload remotely
