Cleanroom / Machine Operator – Entry Level

Location: Onsite

Shift Options: Multiple shifts available

We are hiring Entry-Level Cleanroom / Machine Operators to support the production of high-quality medical implants , including screws and nails that improve patients’ lives worldwide. This is a hands-on role in a cleanroom manufacturing environment , ideal for reliable individuals looking to start a career in medical device production .

Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $18.70/hour (10% shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.55/hour (15% shift differential)

• Operate production and machining equipment to manufacture precision components
• Load metal rods into machines (lifting, bending, and standing required)
• Package products in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Run labeling and packaging machinery
• Transport finished goods to the Quality Control department
• Support general production, assembly, and packaging tasks

• Ability to stand and remain active for 8-hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation
• Experience in cleanroom or medical device environments (a plus, not required)
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with industrial equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
