Machine Operator – Semiconductor Manufacturing

Shifts & Pay-

• Days: 7 AM-7 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule - $20/hr
• Nights: 7 PM-7 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule - $23/hr

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality semiconductor components by:

• Setting up and operating automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment
• Loading wafers and other delicate materials with precision and care
• Monitoring production processes and adjusting machine settings as needed
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Performing basic troubleshooting and first-level maintenance
• Collaborating with Engineering, Maintenance, and leadership teams
• Working from computer-driven programs to support modern manufacturing systems

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience
• Ability to operate equipment independently and handle materials from day one
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
• Experience with automated or computer-controlled machinery

• Previous work in cleanroom, semiconductor, or medical assembly environments
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or precision assembly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Colorado Springs,CO.
