Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads in post-acute and long-term care populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restorative programs and mobility training preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation systems used in skilled nursing settings preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
• 13-week assignment.
• 30 hours guaranteed to start.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide rehabilitative services in a skilled nursing facility to improve patient function and quality of life. Manage evaluations, plan of care, and interdisciplinary communication to support safe discharges and reduced hospital readmissions. Maintain documentation and compliance with facility and state regulations.
