Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• One year of Home Health experience

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Schedule can be flexible based on patient‘s availability.
• Coverage area includes Brisbane, Daly City, Colma, South San Francisco, Pacifica, and neighboring cities as needed.
