Pediatric Remote Speech Therapy in AL

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to deliver teletherapy services to students in educational settings through a fully remote contract opportunity. This virtual role supports children in schools and pediatric environments, utilizing technology to provide effective speech therapy from any location.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct teletherapy sessions tailored to individual student needs across school and pediatric populations
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on evaluation data and best practices in speech-language pathology
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with professional standards
• Collaborate remotely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Utilize digital platforms for therapy delivery and record-keeping

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license and/or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• At least 2 years of experience in school or pediatric speech therapy settings, with teletherapy experience preferred
• Proficiency with technology tools for virtual therapy sessions and client records
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a distraction-free workspace

Location: This position is fully remote but supports students in various educational contexts, based in Tallassee, AL area.
